- Filling a job or admission form? Convert with the CGPA to percentage or percentage to CGPA tool using your university's official formula.
- Board exam results? The marks percentage calculator includes CBSE best-of-5; Tamil Nadu students can get their engineering cut-off.
- Preparing for exams? Try the typing test, build a study timetable and run mocks with the exam timer.
- Maths homework? Ratio, LCM/HCF, prime, square root and mean/median/mode calculators show their working.
How Indian colleges grade — and how these tools follow the rules
Most universities now run a 10-point grading system under the UGC's Choice Based Credit System: each subject earns a grade point (O = 10, A+ = 9, A = 8 and so on) and the SGPA for a semester is the credit-weighted average of those points. The CGPA is the same calculation across all semesters. Because employers and other universities still think in percentages, every board publishes its own conversion — CBSE multiplies by 9.5, VTU, JNTUK and AKTU subtract 0.75 then multiply by 10, JNTUH (R22) subtracts 0.5, Anna University multiplies by 10. Our converters carry each of these formulas and show the working, so you can quote the right figure on a job application and attach the university's conversion certificate when asked.
Attendance, cut-offs and marks
The 75% minimum attendance rule decides exam eligibility in most colleges. The attendance calculator tells you how many classes you can still miss, or how many you must attend in a row to climb back above the line. Tamil Nadu engineering aspirants can compute the TNEA cut-off out of 200 from their Maths, Physics and Chemistry marks; board students can get a best-of-five percentage; and the negative-marking calculator applies the exact penalty scheme of UPSC, SSC, NEET, JEE, RRB and bank exams to an answer key.
Study and exam practice
Build a weekly timetable you can print, run mock tests against a full-screen exam timer, and measure typing speed in English or Hindi for clerk and data-entry posts. Every tool runs on your phone without sign-up, and each page explains its formula with a worked example so you can check the result by hand.
