Typing speed for government exams
Many Indian recruitment exams have a typing skill test. Commonly quoted requirements are 35 WPM in English (and 30 WPM in Hindi) for SSC CHSL LDC/JSA posts, and similar levels for court clerk, railway and state PSC clerical posts. Always check the latest official notification for your exam's exact speed, duration and error rules.
