Why do forms ask for CGPA when I have a percentage? Many online application portals (GATE, CAT, campus placements, foreign universities) have a single "CGPA" field. Use the formula your university publishes; if it has none, the ÷10 rule is the accepted default. Mention the conversion rule in your application if there is a remarks box.
